We prefer credit cards because it is easier for both you and us. There is a credit card authorization form we would like you to fill out and we accept Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover.
If it is OK with you, we can do ACH as well. With a voided check, we can set up ACH to automatically draft the amount due from your bank so you don~Rt need to make a check month after month.
Because receiving and cashing checks followed by updating and maintaining accounting records add burden to our accounting staff, even if the check is received in time with the right amount made to the correct account. If you have to use checks, there will be a check processing fee of $15 per month.
Yes, a monthly usage statement is emailed to your accounting email address on the 1st of each month. We process your credit cards a week after that, so you have time to contact our billing department if there is any question. If you use a check, we request that you have it mailed to us before that time so there is no complication.
If you use checks and the check with correct amount due is not received by the first of next month, there is a late fee equaling 3% of the amount owed.
ConfirMED has its own telecom infrastructure to make phone calls and send text messages. Calls are highly customizable, because most technologies were develop in-house.
