A set of small programs are installed on your computer to retrieve appointment information. At specific time designated by you, the programs send information in a very secure way to our system. The time should be determined according to your patients' demographic profile.
If your EMR/EHR data is stored in the cloud, appointment information is retrieved from there directly, without involving any computer in your office.
After receiving the required information, our system sends out phone calls and/or text messages to your patients for them to confirm.
After giving patients some time to respond, a report is sent to you via email listing those who have confirmed, who want reschedules, who have not responded, and so on. Please be sure to leave ample time for your staff to follow up and fill in patients that are on a waiting list into time slots freed up due to reschedules.
ConfirMED has its own telecom infrastructure to make phone calls and send text messages. Calls are highly customizable, because most technologies were develop in-house.
