• This data is uploaded to ConfirMED's servers in a secure, HIPAA compliant way.
• This data can include appointment time, location, Dr.'s name and other customizable data fields
• This process is "hands off" for you. There is no file to create or button to push
• You receive a report by email after messages have been sent and patients have had a chance to respond.
• Results are broken down by location, response type and appointment time
• We can skip appointment types. Some offices choose to skip "Surgery" or "New Patient" appointment types
• Record a custom greeting to play prior to the automated greeting

• We can route calls back to the office so your patient speaks to your receptionist to reschedule
