Calls are made to your patients at a set time. Patients can confirm or reschedule. Voicemail is left if call not answered by a human
Texting is less intrusive, so more and more people utilize phones with texting capabilities. In general, texting provides highest confirmation rate.
eMail provides more appointment details and is the least intrusive method of contact for appointment reminders. However, the response rate may be low.
